These terms cover your use of this website. They don’t cover the work we do for clients — that’s governed by a separate written agreement.

Using this site

You’re welcome to read, share, and link to anything published here. Please don’t try to break the site, access parts of it that aren’t public, or use automated tools in a way that makes it worse for other people.

Our work and our clients’ work

The design, text, code, and layout of this site belong to Kanso. Project imagery, client names, and logos belong to the respective clients and appear here with their permission. Please ask us before reproducing case study material.

Enquiries are not contracts

Submitting the contact form starts a conversation. It doesn’t create a binding agreement, reserve capacity, or oblige either side to proceed. Work begins only once a written scope has been agreed and signed.

Accuracy

We keep this site current, but case studies describe past work, and details may change over time. Nothing here is a warranty of a particular outcome for a future project.

Links to other sites

Where we link to a client site, a social profile, or an external service, we’re not responsible for what happens there.

Liability

This site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of it or from any interruption to it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware.
