This policy explains what Kanso collects when you visit this website, why we collect it, and what you can do about it. We have kept it specific to how this site actually works rather than to what a policy usually says.
Who we are
Kanso is a design studio. If you need to reach us about anything in this policy, write to hello@kanso.solutions.
What you send us
The only place this site asks for personal information is the contact form. It collects your name, email address, business name, what you would like help with, an indicative budget, an optional project brief and any additional notes. We use this solely to reply to your enquiry and to judge whether we are a good fit for the work.
You choose what to put in those fields. Please do not send confidential material through the form before we have agreed how it should be handled.
What is collected automatically
We use Framer’s built-in analytics to understand which pages are visited and roughly where visitors arrive from. It runs without cookies and reports aggregate figures only: page views, unique visitors per day, referrers, country, browser and device type. We cannot identify you personally from it.
Third parties
This site is built, hosted and served by Framer, which handles page requests and stores contact form submissions on our behalf.
Typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts. Your IP address is visible to Google when a font file is requested.
Video is embedded from Vimeo and loads only when a video is played. At that point Vimeo may set its own cookies and receive your IP address, under its own privacy policy rather than ours.
Links to X, LinkedIn, Instagram and YouTube are ordinary outbound links. We do not embed their tracking scripts.
How long we keep it
Enquiries remain in our email for as long as they are commercially useful, and are deleted on request. Analytics data is retained by Framer on a rolling 30-day window.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it. Write to hello@kanso.solutions and we will respond within 30 days.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page will be updated.
